Refund Policy

    1. No Cash Refunds (Only Exchange) :

  • We do not refund in cash once the gold is sold.
  • Industry standard is exchange or buy-back only.

    2. Exchange Policy :

  • Customers can exchange their jewellery anytime.
  • Invoice is presented.
  • Every return/exchange must be backed with an invoice reference.
  • No undocumented exchanges allowed.

    3. Custom Orders / Personalized Items.

  • Non-returnable (e.g., name chains, engraved pieces, custom weights/designs).

    4.Gold Rate Adjustments :

  • If a customer exchanges, the new piece is adjusted at the current market rate
    (not the rate of the first purchase).
  • Making charges and polish/wastage costs are usually non-refundable.

    5. Damaged / Used Jewellery :

  • Exchange is possible if the piece shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

    6. Buyback Policy :

  • We offer a buyback policy where we purchase back at the current gold rate
    minus a small deduction (Mail to Mail) or (Carat to Carat).

    7. Defective/Incorrect Supply :

  • If items are supplied wrongly (wrong purity (extremely rare), wrong design,
    incorrect weight), they must be returned immediately (same day or next day) for
    replacement.
